Everything an interior designer needs to spec, source and order

FolioDesk is an online organizer for interior designers. It replaces the spreadsheets, screenshots and PDFs you juggle on every project with one folder per client, holding spec sheets, mood boards, products and orders.

Spec sheets from a product link

Paste the link to any product page and FolioDesk fills in the photo, size, price and options for you. Add your notes, then print a clean, branded sheet for your client or contractor, or print a whole folder at once.

Not ready to switch tools? Our free interior design spec sheet template shows exactly what to include.

Mood boards that start half-built

Choose a living room, bedroom or dining room template and the spots for each piece are already laid out. Drop products in from your library and FolioDesk removes the backgrounds automatically, so every item sits cleanly on the board.

Save to FolioDesk from any shop

Some retailers block link pasting. The Save to FolioDesk button sits in your browser's bookmarks bar and reads the page you are looking at, so you can save a product from any shop, pick the client and folder, and find it in your library seconds later.

Design Freely: a full editor on every page

Every spec sheet and mood board opens in a drag-and-drop editor. Add text, shapes, lines and photos; crop, flip, rotate and layer; change backgrounds; and erase or remove backgrounds by hand when you want full control.

A product library that remembers everything

Each product you add is kept and sorted by type (sofas, accent chairs, lighting and so on), along with its cut-out. Search it, reuse a favorite on the next project, or pull straight from it when you build a mood board.

Procurement lists by room

Track what has been ordered, from which vendor, and whether it has been invoiced and paid, room by room. Already keep an FF&E list in Excel or Google Sheets? Import it and carry on. See our free FF&E schedule template for the columns we recommend.

A folder for every client

Each client gets a folder with their project dates, spec sheets, mood boards and orders, plus a weekly task list and a calendar of what is coming up, so you can see every deadline at a glance.

One folder per client

Spend less time organizing and more time designing.
